How to make vegan matcha ice cream! I made this in my ninja creami on a whim and omgggggg so YUMMY 🤤 I never do exact measurements but here’s round about what I did: Whisked 3/4 hefty scoops of matcha with some unsweetened coconut milk and vanilla extract Poured one can of unsweetened coconut cream in freezing jar Mixed the matcha mix with the coconut cream and sweetened with agave!
