Sundays are for #recovery 😌 & Coach T is sharing her top three top ways to prioritize your rest & recovery for a strong week ahead:
1️⃣ Have a screen-free day (or half day). Making the conscious effort to shut your laptop, turn off the TV, and leave your phone behind will allow your mind to go from information overload to a focus on mindfulness.
2️⃣ Use what's available to you. I personally love my @hyperice recovery products after a long week (or day 😅) to help me feel my best. Maybe you love epsom salt baths or foam rolling for a few minutes. These tools are here to aid you in your recovery; use them.
3️⃣ Reset is real. #SundayResets are a trend because they work! Spending a few hours of your day preparing for the week ahead will make Monday that more bearable and help you diminish those #SundayScaries by putting yourself in control.
