Excited to share with you today my green goddess immune boosting soup! 🌱 It’s packed full of superfoods like kale, broccoli & spinach, along with white beans for protein and to make it feel creamy! Plus I used my miracle broth as its base for even more nutrients. So it’s perfect for cancer patients, fellow survivors and thrivers like me or anyone who is trying to get over the sniffles and needs a little immune system booster! And I promise it doesn’t taste like grass. 🫶 This recipe is blended up with the incredible power of the @TIGER EDGE blender from Tiger! Tiger is a trusted Japanese home appliance company that is over 100 years old! Their latest product that was just launched with the amazing “45-degree diagonal drive” technology to blend anything from frozen fruits to make smoothies and sorbets or this soup which finely blends even leafy greens like kale thanks to the powerful blade within and its high speed with pulse technology. Sauté your onion, celery, leeks, zucchini, broccoli in a little olive oil, with your spinach, kale and parsley until just wilted. Blend together with the amazing 10 speed settings of the tiger blender with your miracle broth and the juice of one lemon until smooth and creamy. Add over a drizzle of olive oil, extra squeeze of lemon juice and enjoy!
