It’s been so challenging to do these small type of woven labels, because the backing thread (lettering) is usually made of polyester. Cotton threads get burnt during the heat intense process and it took us a lot of research to find a process that does not burn the cotton threads - so after many rounds of samplings we managed to develop tiny woven labels that are 100% polyester-free ❤️‍🔥💫
