Replying to @🫧🫧 I always start my day off with 30g of protein and overnight oats ⭐️ I use soy milk in the oats for a little extra protein, chia seeds + flax meal for healthy omegas, and freeze dried raspberries for antioxidants. I also have a scoop of Truvani in the morning with a cup of soy milk. Protein is important to regulate blood sugar and hormones (super important for acne prone ppl), while helping to sustain energy. And a little bit of agave to sweeten! #guthealth #breakfastrecipes
