Roasted Red Kuri Squash Salad + Nomadica White INGREDIENTS Red Kuri Squash Olive oil Salt Pepper Smoked paprika Arugula Avocado Manchego cheese Green sauce (watch our reel on this for the recipe) INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 450. Cut squash in half and remove the seeds. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put squash on baking sheet.Coat with olive oil, salt, pep, smoked paprika. Rub it in. Put squash face down, put in the oven for 30 mins. Remove from oven, let cool for 15 mins. Plate squash. Grade cheese on top of squash, add arugula. Add 1/2 an Avo per half squash. Top with green sauce. Devour 👅
