The artwork expression for this song follows a theme similar to that of my previous EP, Chromatics, and draws inspiration from a few graphic artists, including Flora Borsi (@floraborsiofficial). ⁠ Like with Chromatics, my dream was to incorporate something visceral, while blending it with something surreal. In the end, I wanted the artwork to be ironic with the song’s title.⁠ ⁠ As much as I love writing music by color, I have an incredible appreciation for photography and graphic art. Just how Chromatics forced me to become a better photographer and graphic artist, so did "Can't Fool Me." Putting my face on a mannequin wasn't easy. The video touches the surface on how many hours were involved. Anatomy textbooks from med school and some Michelangelo sculptures definitely helped with the transplant though 🙃⁠ ⁠ I couldn't be anymore thankful for the people that helped with this artwork (tagged below).
