Almond Coconut Protein Bites
Makes 6-8
In your high speed blender or food processor, add:
8-10 medjool dates
1⁄2 cup of almond butter
1 scoop of @gainful Protein
1 scoop of @gainful Fiber (sub 2 tablespoons of flaxmeal)
1 @gainful vanilla flavor boost (sub 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tablespoon of maple syrup)
Topping: Shredded coconut
Blend until thick paste forms. Roll into balls. Then roll into the coconut shreds
