Jerez Extract ◾️1 Liter .... Water ( = 2 —-> 16.9oz Water Bottles) ◾️1/2 cup .... Water ◾️4 TblSp .... Knox Gelatine ( = 4 bags) ... Bloom the Gelatin first, I like to have the water in the glass, then pour the Gelatin powder in & quickly MIX, pop powder bubbles. Set aside. Allow the Gelatin to Rest/Bloom +/- 8-10mins ... spray the Glass Deep Baking Dish with Baker’s Joy Non-Stick Spray, w/a napkin smudge all over Dish, for complete coverage. ... add 1 of the Water Bottles💦 to the Pot, Flame #5 / Medium, bring to a semi Boil, now add the Sugar, stir, stir, once sugar dissolves, melt the Gelatin in the micro 20secs and add it to the Pot, Mix. Now add the Extract, Mix. Lastly add the 2nd Water Bottle💦, keep Mixing well. You’re now Done with making the Jello. Now allow it to Cool. I place a Fan infront so it Cools down Faster! Place it inside fridge to Set. Once it’s ready, I like to cut it into Cubes. Ready ✅ •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🥛ROMPOPE: ———————————— ◾️4 cups .... Whole Milk ◾️3/4 cup .... Sugar (or) 1cup, taste for Sweetness) ◾️1 Lg .... Cinnamon Stick (Crushed, see Vid.) ◾️10 .... Whole Cloves ◾️3TblSp .... Corn Starch ◾️1tsp + 1/4tsp .... Rompope Extract ◾️1 drop .... “Egg Yellow” AmeriColor Gel .... add 1/2 of the Milk in the Pot (save the other half for the End), Flame #4 / Med.Low, right away crush the Cinnamon Stick and throw it in the pot, the Whole Cloves as well, Stir. At this point get some of the HOT Milk from the Pot, pour it in a small cup, add the Cornstarch, Stir/Mix we’ll to dissolve the powder, then add it back with the rest of the mixture in the Pot ....
