Focaccia toast topped with ricotta, figs, prosciutto, castelvetrano olives, microgreens, and bee pollen. The flowers are zinnias from my garden. ⁣ ⁣ I know a lot of you liked this fig + prosciutto + olive combo—both in terms of flavors and colors—when I recently shared them on a pizza, so I thought I’d put them together again on a toast. The star for me here is obviously the figs; these are tiger stripe figs that I found at @berkeleybowl. They are my favorite figs because they look so whimsical to me with their bright green stripes on the outside contrasting with the rich pink inside. ⁣ ⁣ Which crop do you like better between these two slides? It’s the same photo, just cropped a little differently but I still agonized over the decision of which one to share until I finally decided to share both...but then I still had to struggle over which to put first. Can other photographers out there relate?
