From my new collection with @rubelli_group, Return to Arcadia: Ribbon Bouquet in lavender. When we began working on the collection, we decided that as well as creating new designs based on my drawings, we would take an old design from the Rubelli archives and give it a new lease of life. I came across this 18th century weave on one of my early visits to Venice. We have reinterpreted it with new colours and printed it on a cotton/linen mix. It’s one of my favourites - baskets of flowers and flowing ribbons on a dusty lilac background - what’s not to love!?
