Together, we are helping raise the bar for the next generation of hairdressers. It’s often talked about how many cosmetology programs are long outdated, so this fills a major gap. As balayage continues to top the list of most requested salon services, it’s a skill that needs to be taught early. Finally, students will be better prepared for success when they step into their first salon job. We’re grateful that Ricci’s Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy (Newtown, CT) & TIGI Hairdressing Academy (Gilford, CT) have taken proactive steps to upgrade student education, by adding MOB balayage training to their 2022 curriculum.
