Hiked for the first time ever and guess what, IM IN LOVE 🤍. Thanks you to @theranchmalibu for inviting me to their new program just outside of Rome, Italy. Hiking for 4 hours a day starting at 6am was a daunting idea for me but what I learned is that our bodies are incredible and when you connect mind and body, anything is possible.
