Today marks 10 years on staff with @txcelebration. To say that this has truly been the greatest ride and greatest honor of my life would be the understatement of the century. This is the house that built me. The people that I’ve met, the moments we’ve gotten to be a part of, the friends that have become family, and what we have gotten to build together- you are the most special. This is my family forever. About 8 months ago, I began having conversations with our leaders & pastors about what my next season would look like. I felt The Lord calling me to pursue dreams He had imparted in my heart years ago. Through many conversations and a lot of prayer we knew it was finally time to pursue those dreams, which also means releasing some amazing & beautiful things that I have been a part of for so long. Though this was a hard decision to make, I have never felt more covered, championed, and supported than I have through this transition. Although I will no longer be on staff (for now), @txcelebration will always be my home and I will continue to be heavily involved, on team, and it’s #1 fan for the rest of my life. Thank you @joechampion and @lorimchampion for taking a chance on a teenage girl all those years ago. You gave me a safe place to grow, fail, create, build, and thrive. Words will never sufficiently capture the depths of my gratitude for you and the role your love and leadership plays in my life. Thank you @danielgonzales for believing in me since I was 15 years old. You and @celesteadores took me under your wings, taught me everything you know, and brought me along for the ride of a lifetime. Working w/ you for a decade taught me practically everything I know and molded me into who I am today. @laurencbrook- finishing this season of my life under your leadership has been so special. Thank you for calling me higher & giving me a front row seat to your creativity and greatness. Although it may feel like the end of an era, I genuinely believe it’s just the beginning of a beautiful, wild, abundant adventure that I’m SO pumped to share with everyone so soon. All I can really say is thank you. Thank you for letting me into your worlds and into your lives.
