The ultimate beginners workout. If you’ve never worked out before, this is for you.
You’ll will need a pair of dumbbells for some of the upper body exercises.
On the first day, I recommend only 1 set of each exercise. It’s about getting your body used to working out. You don’t want to push it too hard on the first day.
You can do this routine here 3x a week like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. And some cardio Tuesday and Thursday.
This routine will only really be effective for about 2 weeks max.
This routine is meant to ease u into working out.
