ON THIS DAY.. 5 years ago.. My Rumble Boxing Friends & Family Class 🥊 Here are 5️⃣ takeaways... . . 1️⃣ I was very uncomfortable for the better half of 2017. Taking the stage in Big Apple, on an elite team of superstars, I was NERVOUS!! Once I started to believe in myself, my confidence grew, my classes grew, and ultimately “The Mayor” was born. 2️⃣ I still get nervous before I teach. 1,000+ classes later. Nerves keep you on your toes. They keep you sharp. 3️⃣ A 1-2-Plank sounds like a horrible “Rumble Round.” So does 30x 40x 50x Cherry Pickers. BUT the clients came back, because it’s not about what they do, but about how you make them feel. 🦸‍♀️🦸 4️⃣ Never Stop Learning. A recent 732UESDAY I said this.. The ABC’s.. “If you want to be successful, be AUTHENTIC. If you want to be authentic, know your BRAND. If you want to build your brand, be COACHABLE.” 5️⃣ Thank You. To every person who allowed me to take them to “Uppercut City.” I never take a single class or client for granted. Most of you know, my first class in life, nobody showed up!!
