As Auld Lang Syne plays on repeat today, I look back at 2021 and what a delicious year it was - and this may be my favorite #top9 ever. 2021 brought a career honor to be included in @williamssonoma’s spatula collection for @nokidhungry, along with continuing our Baking School partnership (see Brian’s Best-Ever Cinnamon Rolls up there!!!), a @nutella crepe cake that is so delicious (Nutella pastry cream anyone?), MUFFIN obsession thanks to @hummingbirdhigh, sneakily announcing a cookbook I’m writing about a favorite subject (hey hey one-layer cakes), taking a @portuguesebaking class with @barrithompsoninteriors to travel during lockdowns, and as always, chocolate chip cookies stay in a top spot!
