The perfect summer afternoon snack 🥑 I call it farm stand guac because everything is from the farmers market (except the avocados because they don’t grow on the east coast) But I love this veggie board because it challenges you to eat seasonally! Eating seasonally is an excellent way to support gut health because eating a variety of vegetables creates a more diverse microbiome 🦠 Farm Stand Guac 4-5 ripe avocados Chopped red onion Chopped cilantro 2-3 limes 1-2 tsp of cumin Big pinch of sea salt In a large bowl mash everything together until desired consistency Slice a variety seasonal vegetables (I did carrots, radishes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper) Add vegetables to your board along with organic corn chips if you want to. Place guac in a bowl.
