One thing I’ve always struggled with was slowing down for the colder season. With the build-up during the holiday season, it’s hard to find the head space to simmer down and take things slower. Something as simple as a walk with a warm beverage makes the sting of the cold much more tolerable.. And dare I say, enjoyable.
