I just walked the whole exhibit of quilts especially on the lookout for the Native quilts. Found Marty Prairie’s panel 💖! As I walked, I couldn’t stop crying. So many lives were taken during the prime of their lives. There were even children panels - children born with HIV before drugs came available for HIV+ pregnant women. I am honored to have been called to work in the HIV field early doing the epidemic. I will forever be grateful to the many lives that touched my soul.
