You guys! I don’t think I have ever seen a dog so badly matted before. It’s like his fur became a hard shell around his body. His ears - undetectable in the mass of matting. And we were only able to tell he’s a boy with help from the medical staff. Today, PANDA, was seen and saved by @annenbergpetspace 🙏🏻❤️ They were able to scoop him up and get him to their home base so he can be cared for - like - immediately!
