The @chicagosnowballs are a new professional baseball team kicking off next spring with their season opener on May 3, 2026 at Kerry Wood Field in Chicago. . This will be pro baseball’s first co-ed sportstainment experience and will bring “entertainment, circus acts and America’s pastime together in one electric, two-hour show.” It’s professional baseball reimagined. . The team will be based in Chicago and will tour around the Midwest. Tryouts are Jan. 5–8 at the Rosemont Dome. You must be 18+ to try out. .
