Having run it the year before, I remembered how exhausted our crew was looking after everyone. I was also added super late and didn’t want to come in and come on too strong with my ideas and plans. But if you know me, I hardly ever back down to a challenge. As someone who has been on and captained teams before, I knew you can accomplish anything as long as people trust you. . Started with a bottle of hot girl pynk nail polish (because I’m never ready on time and needed to paint my nails), and finished with them calling me Coach Phil Jackson (whom I had to double check is a very good thing)! . Thanks for trusting my guidance on what was best for the team, letting me rearrange plans on the fly, and doing what I said to do by letting me think for you! 10/10, would do again! ❤️
