Take a second right now and focus on this present moment. - Leave all your worries from the past behind you, pause all your anxieties of the future and just focus on what is happening right now, this very second. 🫴🏼 - Take a second to be selfish and focus on nothing but yourself and what you are experiencing this very moment. Give yourself 1, 3 or even the next 11 minutes to be fully present. ⏳ - Whatever time you allocate to yourself, there is absolutely nothing you can do to change the past or no point in worrying about the future because nothing will change, you’re literally hitting the ⏸ pause button on your life. This is where you are able to find your peace. 💫 - Feel everything inside you and around you. Take a deep breathe in and out on repeat 🔁 - Most of us will have a hard time shutting off our brains, so what I like to do when this happens is picture a moment where you have felt the most at peace with yourself. Could be watching the sunset, could be after a very productive day at work, could be anything! Just relive this in your head, a moment where you felt the most at peace 🕊🧘 - The more you start to relive this moment the more these feelings will start to take over you.
