Make the thing. Make it fun. - After each session my therapist tells me to do something special for myself... You’d think it’d be easy. But I find it just as difficult as being kind to myself at times. This week I opted for a Day of play. No pressure as to what the shots would look like.. no storyboard. Just hanging out with @tylerswanner ..
