With 5 pieces made exclusively for this exhibition, Turner aims to take all these elements from the multi-course intimate dining experience and combine them with his unique water-infused figuration. Frevo's use of bold and elegant flavors translates into bold colors. The walls deep green, custom knives, and sophisticated flatware all come alive through a display of earth's elements found in Turner's work, bringing it all together with texture mimicking all the variations used to enhance each dish, including foam, froth, whipped, smooth, crunchy, and thick.
