Alternates/Swings/Understudies/Standby’s are told to always be ready cause you never know what’s going to happen and when you’ll hit the stage. Yesterday was just that. I am beyond grateful for the amount of love and support from everyone from all over. This job being an understudy/swing/alternate/standby is the most challenging and difficult. It is usually thankless most days. Yesterday I was overwhelmed with such love and could feel all the swings and understudies with me in that moment. I just wanted to make everyone proud and to do well for everyone is all I kept thinking. @arianadebose you freaking angel. Every award show should be hosted by this triple threat and the amazing @juleshough as well!! I had the time of my life with the people I love.
