I was so inspired to film this recipe by my new beautiful wooden bowl by @casa.zuma from my friend @camillestyles It’s the perfect size for a giant summery grilled salad al fresco with a large crispy glass of white wine for dinner. This salad has been on my website for a few years and my clients love it. I modeled it originally after the salad from Fresh Corn Grill and added in things like mango which goes with the sweet and slightly spicy shrimp so beautifully. But added this charred scallion, cilantro lime vinaigrette myself.
