During out time in Portland, Maine, we also had the opportunity to visit Great Diamond Island - Diamond Cove. It is one of the many islands in the bay and is easily accessible by a short ferry ride from Portland’s waterfront. WHERE TO STAY - @innatdiamondcove is the perfect place for a retreat. Our room was amazing. Besides the bedroom and bathroom, it also had a living room and a kitchen. So spacious and so comfy. We also loved the outdoor area. The hotel has a swimming pool, hot tub, bikes, kayaking... WHERE TO EAT - @diamondsedgerestaurant is the hotel’s waterfront restaurant overlooking Casco Bay. The menu features seafood and New England favorites. Such a beautiful spot to dine! We also took advantage of the hotel’s bikes and explored the entire island. There are so many beautiful spots.
