Pici love story 🍽 Hand made pasta using the easiest recipe : 1kg of flour + 500ml of water and 8 spoons of olive oil, basta cosi Sauce is one of my favorite from childhood : lots of freshly cut herbs (mint, basil, parsley), 2 gloves of garlic, a bunch of roasted pine nuts and parmesan + olive oil. Texture is gooey and taste is fresh 🔗
