🧠 Becoming aware of your deepest beliefs, and the stories that are on repeat in your mind, ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Is the first step to change (if you feel you’d like to change certain aspects of your life of course, if you don’t, that’s fine too).⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We sometimes don’t listen, we don’t truly listen to our thoughts, our beliefs, our mind, ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We ignore, ⁣⁣ We run on automatic, ⁣⁣ We move through the world somewhat blindly,⁣⁣ Disconnected from our most authentic voice, intuition, needs. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Our beliefs indicate the wounds we have deep within, ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ and the wounds we experience can also influence our new beliefs... ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Is it abandonment ? Rejection ? Treason ? Injustice ? Or maybe Humiliation ? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It can be a mix of several of the above. And we most certainly all have wounds, whether we want to admit it or not, whether we want to see them or not. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Becoming aware of your beliefs and the wounds they might stem from, or the wounds they create, ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Is so powerful because that’s when you can work on them, ⁣⁣ Give them some tender love and care, ⁣⁣ Provide the attention you maybe lacked when you were younger, ⁣⁣ Learn to self soothe healthily, ⁣⁣ Listen more actively and attentively, ⁣⁣ Release judgment, ⁣⁣ let go of all the beliefs, habits, or vicious cycles that no longer serve you, that might be keeping you ‘stuck’, ⁣⁣ And accept that these beliefs and wounds are a part of tour story (but they don’t define you). ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Awareness is so powerful, ⁣⁣ Mindfulness is so important. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And you don’t need to figure it all out at once, ⁣⁣ It takes time, ⁣⁣ There is no urgency, ⁣⁣ There is no need to put so much pressure on yourself. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Just setting the intention is enough. ⁣⁣ Just working step by step towards more awareness is wonderful enough. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I love to write because it helps me see things more clearly so that I can reframe my thoughts and identify the ones that might not be my own, or that might be hurting me or limiting me. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ How do you build awareness? ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #mentalhealthawareness ⁣⁣ #mentalhealthmatters ⁣⁣ #mentalhealth ⁣⁣ #coaching ⁣⁣ #coachingonline ⁣⁣ #coachingtips ⁣⁣ #holistichealth ⁣⁣ #holistichealing ⁣⁣ #holistichealthcoach
