Strawberry Chia Pudding
What you need:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of plain Greek or plant based yogurt
Half cup of plant based milk
1 @gainful Strawberry Cream Flavorboost
1 scoop of @gainful protein
Optional: tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten
Mix everything into a small jar or container thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Matcha Overnight Oats
What you need:
1⁄3 cup of rolled osts
2 tablespoons of plain Greek or plant based yogurt
Half cup of plant based milk
1 @gainful Matcha Flavorboost
1 scoop of @gainful protein
Optional: tablespoon of maple syrup to sweeten
Mix everything into a small jar or container thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate overnight

What you need:

Your favorite granola
Fresh fruit
