¿Eres más de playa o de piscina? 💙 Ambas significan baños refrescantes de verano y eso siempre es un ¡SÍ! pero, ¿cómo afecta cada una a nuestra piel?¿y a nuestras emociones? A nivel emocional, estaréis conmigo con que un baño en el mar es siempre más reconfortante. Conectamos con la naturaleza, sentimos la arena en nuestros pies y el olor a mar nos atraviesa... hasta el alma. Con la piel ocurre un poco lo mismo. Ambas aguas, la del mar y la de la piscina resecan la piel y por eso, siempre es recomendable enjuagarla con agua dulce y aplicar Active Mist para tonificar, refrescar e hidratar pero, sin duda el cloro de las piscinas es más perjudicial y la sal y los minerales del mar puede llegar a beneficiarnos (a bajas dosis y siempre cuidando la hidratación posterior) con algunos problemas como acné, eccemas,etc. En cualquier caso... On an emotional level, you’ll be with me that a swim at sea is always more comforting. We connect with nature, we feel the sand in our feet and the smell of the sea runs through us... to the soul. It’s the same with the skin. Both waters, the sea and pool water dry out the skin and therefore, we always recommend to rinse it with fresh water. Then apply Active Mist to tone, refresh and moisturize but, undoubtedly the chlorine of the pools is more harmful and salt and minerals of the sea can benefit us (at low doses and always taking care of the subsequent hydration), to prevent from eczemas and acne breakouts.
