@lass.gorditas is a licensed food truck located in West Phoenix that specializes in Guanajuato style food. 🇲🇽 You can expect to see traditional dishes such as enchiladas, Sopes, Pambazo, and my favorite Gorditas with all the delicious fillings. 🔥 They also serve homemade aguas frescas and offer champurrado. 👌🏽 The wonderful ladies behind @lass.gorditas are Brenda (owner), Brenda’s mom Doña Chila and her older sister Laura... and THEY GET DOWN! 😮‍💨🙌🏽 For now the food truck is open every weekend and they tend to get very busy in the mornings.
