On Thursday, July 28th eastern Kentucky was hit with devastating flash floods. Small creeks became raging rivers overnight. Governor Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency. The Kentucky National Guard sent out helicopters and small craft, with the assistance of the West Virginia and Tennessee National Guards. All told dozens of people have lost their lives in the devastating floods and the death toll continues to climb with more rain forecasted...
