Today, I had the honor of sitting with 30 incredible young athletes for a conversation called Beyond the Mirror: Struggles, Strength, and Self-Love. We dismantled the myths around body image and explored what true strength looks like, within and beyond numbers and appearance. Through this conversation, I shared my highs, lows, and uncertainties in the fitness space and beyond. Now more than ever, we have to remind young women that we don't need to be contained. We don't have to adopt narratives others try to use to limit us in our passions. There's nothing more powerful than owning your story.
