The backpacks were heavy, the alpine rock perfect, best company in the world - @jasmincaton and beautiful lakes to swim in - a perfect vaycay! It brings me so much joy to be in the mountains climbing, with no phone for 5 days, the rainy rest day might have been my favorite, I read a whole book :) The Sawtooth mountains are magical! Jasmin and I have traveled the world together but we had not climbed much in Idaho, and were thrilled by the beauty and rock quality. We laughed together as our cuticles bled, climbed too many days in a row, and hiked home happy.
