A very warm welcome to Yash Thakore who joins us as Executive Chef. 

Yash has 18 years of experience having worked with international hotel brands, bringing his knowledge of regional Indian state cuisine to Rasam. He has worked with some of the renowned master chefs of India and also has been privileged to be personal chef of ex prime minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh during his Sri Lanka's SAARC submit tour. Having won accolades there he was later sent to Boston, USA to work with Taj Boston and promote classical Indian cuisine.
