painful periods are not normal!!! i can’t believe doctors normalize this five months ago, i threw up from my period cramps for the first time. and in 2021, i had a cyst rupture. sadly, didnt have health insurance at the time so it was a pretty traumatic experience. and when i went to the doctors i was just told this is “normal” & BC will help i recently found out i have pcos, and it explains so many of my symptoms. i’ve been off birth control for 8 years to heal my symptoms naturally, but i didn’t start experiencing really bad periods until 2021 after i got the c word over the past year, i’ve put myself on a protocol, and in the last 5 months since that terrible period, my luteal and menstruation phases have been easy breezy if you are going through something similar, don’t give up on finding the answers. It’s take so much time to get here but super grateful i feel better #pcos #hormonesupport
