We’re revisiting all of our completed projects in 2022. For the next one we crossed the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan! We may be Brooklyn boys at heart, but Manhattan is part of our home town too. #BroadwayReno is a loft condo in the heart of Manhattan, right outside of Union Square, in a historic landmarked building. What is now a residential loft building, used to be a factory with soaring ceilings and those ubiquitous industrial columns! We had to get creative with how to work the structural terracotta columns into the design. They crossed through the space at an angle landing in the bedroom, living room, and one right through the kitchen island! It was a team effort to transform this space from a loft apartment that was dull, dark, dingy and dated to a serene, modern escape from the bright lights of Broadway. ✨ A custom kitchen, gorgeous engineered hardwood floors, a soaking tub to die for, and a huge steel & glass pocket door that will leave you speechless are all part of this stunning home. It now has 3 bedrooms room and a home a office, 3 bathrooms, a huge laundry room, as well as an open living area that’s perfect for the family!
