Here are some advice to anybody who’s starting their fitness journey. 1. Don’t compare your journey to anybody else. 2. Walk at least 30 mins a day or 2 miles a day. Hit 10-12k steps 3. Cut off soda and juice especially if you’re starting. ONLY WATER at least 1 gallon a day. 4. Wear a waist trainer 5. Show up for yourself even when you don’t want to give yourself no option to give up it’s NOW OR NOW! 6. Stop saying tomorrow you can start even in the middle of the week it doesn’t matter stop waiting for a Monday to start. 7. Get some rest at least 8/9 hours of sleep. 8. Stop over eating and control your portion if you don’t want to count your calories. 9. Stop eating outside and stop eating fast food. Start by cooking 10. Stop rushing your weight loss progress there’s no rush !!!! 11. If you can’t make it to the gym that’s no excuse open up a YouTube give Zumba any type of workouts on YouTube is FREE. 12. Stay consistent & have some discipline 13. It’s ok to not be motivated but you need to have discipline learn to say no to junk food. Healthy food taste better anyways. 14. Don’t let other distract you remember why you started. 15. It’s okay to have a cheat MEAL matter fact don’t even call it a cheat enjoy that food especially when you got so far the point is not to be miserable turn this fitness journey into a lifestyle.
