Today is PKD Awareness Day, a day to not only educate others about Polycystic Kidney Disease but also raise funds to support research in hopes of finding a cure. I had never heard of PKD before our newborn son, Austin was diagnosed. This disease ultimately took his life. In the last two weeks, this incredible EF Collection community has come together and raised over $35,000 for this cause that is incredibly important to my family. 100% of the money will go towards the funding of 4 much-needed research grants.
