This is mainly for me, but if it's hitting you hard, I'm with you. I thought after the 'newborn phase' my little girl would be sleeping in her bassinet with no issues, at least during the day (HA!) My arms are exhausted, my back feels broken and my eyes are sore from exhaustion 💤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If this is you today, let this be your reminder that it’s okay to feel completely over it. Exhausted, over-touched, over being someone’s “everything”, and wishing you had an hour to yourself. You're doing an amazing job. You’re raising a nurtured and loved soul.
