This year’s official theme is #BreakTheBias, and with that we ask, how can you ensure that *all* women, in our diversity and complexities, are held? Beyond our individual biases, biases are built in structurally. You may not always feel powerful individually, but where might you be located that gives you access to making structural change or reducing the impact of structural inequality? How do you distribute funds? How are you working in partnerships? How are you working within your teams? How are you in your social groups? Communities? Learning settings? Where can you disrupt power in service of equality today? #IWD2022
