Hit it hard this morning for a good cause. After a long run getting ready for the @marinecorpsmarathon next week, I threw on my rucksack to continue training for the @goruck #chad1000x WOD coming up on Veterans Day. Incredible advocate and friend @sarawilkinson7 created the hero workout “CHAD” - in honor of her late husband, Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson who took his life on October 29, 2018 due to the effects of numerous deployments, several TBIs, blast wave injuries and PTSD.
