#FCBAnsw Repost from 👉🏻 @miya_eats ❣️Thanks for tagging! --------------------------------------------------------- @kurosydney's Kagoshima wagyu don was one of the best things about last year's lockdown, so when I saw they were bringing it back for this collab, I couldn't resist having it again 🤤 It was just as delicious as I remember .. with the added bonus of being served on an actual plate and not in a takeaway box 😆 There were three kinds of wagyu in this don: Top left: wagyu shigureni (simmered beef with ginger) with kinshi tamago Top right: MBS 9+ wagyu steak with onions Bottom: seared Kagoshima wagyu sirloin with egg yolk jam and shiitake (I was too busy in wagyu heaven so I didn't take a picture of the dashi rice underneath, but man it was so tasty) All three styles of wagyu were 👌🏻🫶🏻👌🏻🫶🏻👌🏻🫶🏻, seriously nobody does wagyu like Kuro, soooooo perfect every single time.
