For the past couple of years, our aftercare team has been working with young teen “Layla” who was trafficked and exploited by an American man in South America. The trafficker filmed the exploitation and uploaded it to Pornhub. Someone in Layla’s community discovered the video and recognized her. Her exploitation was broadcasted to strangers worldwide and her very own community. The video has since been taken down, but Pornhub needs to be held accountable. Pornhub profits from child sex trafficking and rape videos. Last week, Instagram removed the Pornhub account after repeated calls from survivors, NCOSE, and international advocates.
