HELLO EVERYONE 👋😊 Now that there are over 50K of you following along my journey, I thought that it would be a great time reintroduce myself to everyone who is new here. And also a good time to share some never released photos taken by my talented friend @msimages 📸 Hey 🥰, I’m Alessandra Ciuffo, a passionate home cook since the age of 3 who is now chasing her dreams to become a professionally trained chef. All of my life I knew I had a passion for cooking, and with my big personality, it took me on some TV and media appearances. Though despite how much I loved it, it always ended up being second to everything else I had going on in my life — school, dance, social life etc. After graduating from Fordham University with a business degree 🎓 this past May, I decided that wouldn’t be the case anymore. My family and friends encouraged me to follow my heart ❤️ and pursue culinary🔪, and I could not be anymore happier with that decision. Giving up the business industry’s job security was definitely a bit daunting, but I knew that if I weren’t doing what I love full-time, I wouldn’t be fulfilled. Now, I wake up each day and my passion for cooking is my full time focus. And ever since I started sharing my day to day experiences with you all, this has taken on an even deeper meaning to me — creating a community that supports others to also chase their dreams, whether that be culinary and beyond!!! 🚀 I’m so humbled by the response, support, encouragement and love that so many of you have shared over these past few weeks. 🥹🥺 You give me the motivation to keep going and, in doing that, help others dive into their passions as well. My dms are always open to anyone who has questions, doubts or just needs someone to talk to who believes in them and supports their dreams.
