My mom’s favorite way of using up leftovers will always be hot sandwiches! She would stuff leftover shaak into two slices of bread, slather it with some @countrycrock, warm it up, whip up some chutney to go with it and call it a day! With a family of 3, leftovers are pretty much a given. But Elara is spoiled and often wants something “new”. I now use my mom’s hack and make sandwiches for her too! I zhooshed up the aloo gobu nu shaak that I made last night (check out my previous video), with some amchur (you can use lemon juice if you don’t have it at home), garam masala, coriander seeds, and chaat masala and made a super simple green chutney to go with it. It’s super quick and easy especially since #CountryCrock is spreadable straight out of the fridge!
