Before people get on my case, the entire street has been dealing with her shenanigans for a year and a half and she refuses to leash her dog which it is the law in my county. My next-door neighbor gave her way more beef and I and now she's moved away. I love animals and don't want to see them get hurt and in this case, abused. I've had enough of her bullying people. Just admit you can't afford a dog instead of causing more drama!
